James Reinders and Jim Jeffers have opened up proposal submissions for another Intel Xeon and Intel Xeon Phi Pearls book tentatively titled, High Performance Parallelism Pearls – Multicore and Many-core Programming Approaches! It is expected that the submission deadline will be March 7, 2015. Proposal submission can be made here.
Call for proposals for High Performance Parallelism Pearls Volume 2
Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute (and highlight) your Intel Xeon and Intel Xeon Phi expertise! Volume 2 is expected to be published in 2015.
The following are requirements for submission:
- Results on multicore (Intel Xeon processors or others) and many-core (Intel Xeon Phi).
- The author(s) will show actual code, and discuss code changes, in the Chapter. Snippets of code will be shown in the Chapter, the complete code available for download.
- The application code discussed in the chapter will be made available for download, with instructions/Makefile to build and run.
