DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals supporting the Blue Wolf program. The Blue Wolf program will develop and demonstrate integrated underwater vehicle prototypes capable of operating at speed-range combinations previously unachievable in fixed-size platforms, while retaining traditional volume and weight fractions for payloads and electronics. Proposals are sought for novel concept designs, dynamic lift and drag reduction systems, and innovative energy sources. Refer to the attachment, “DARPA-BAA-14-28 Blue Wolf 7-9-2014,” for complete details of the subject Broad Agency Announcement.
